Along the Grand Canal outside Suzhou... very poor area but very beautiful... the children were adorable and so happy... the canal had a very exotic mystique about it... I loved it!

I apologize for the break in my posts. I returned to school and a new job and I've been so busy that I haven't had time to post... I promise I will be back with some beautiful pictures later this week :) Here is a beautiful scene from Veere, Holland on the morning we left. It was chilly and overcast but so peaceful and beautiful!

The Wine and Champagne Caves of France...

This picture was taken at the Pommery Champagne Vineyard in Reims, France. This was an amazing cave that was 3 miles underground. This is a picture of bottles dating back to 1898... really neat to see...

This one batch has 56, 007 bottles. The view from above is amazing... it goes way way back into the cave.
These are the steps leading down to the cave... it was quite a workout coming back up... ugghhhh!
This cave is a at a vineyard in the champagne region of France... it is either from the town of Volnay or Mersault. We went to so many that I'm not sure which one...

This is Taliesin, one of Frank Lloyd Wright's homes, located just outside Spring Green Wisconsin. Unfortunately, we didn't tour the inside of the house since they wanted $47/person for a tour, however we made sure to get some fabulous pictures of the landscape surrounding the property.

The countryside of Ireland... Connemara

We have so many amazing pictures from Ireland that it was difficult deciding which to post. These are from Connemara... the countryside is just beautiful and we were the only car on the road which made it so peaceful...

The walls of Gent, Belgium...

These are amazing... so vibrant and colorful. We stumbled upon this maze of alleys in Gent, Belgium with incredible grafitti up and down the walls of each passageway. It was so cool!! Clearly some great artists...

My hubby has become sort of a "where's waldo" in the pics? :) He's in the corner of this one and like the picture in China he almost blends in with the scenery!
